Job Description
- Identify training needs, plan and implement training programs that will improve employee performance.
- Design quarterly and annual training program that cuts across all departments of the organization.
- Prepare budget for training programs.
- Schedule employees for training
- Oversee employee post training progress and performance.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- Prepare and deliver training courses.
- Implement training KPIs.
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
- A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management (essential) preferably from FMCG/Food industries.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
