Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
• The Ticketing and Reservation Officer will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and driving sales.
• This role is located in Lagos and Abuja.

• Ticket Sales and Reservations skills
• Good knowledge in the travel industry technicality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales skills
• Ticketing and reservation software knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the travel industry is a must
