TICKETERS

The ticketers will be responsible for booking passengers seat on our Luxury buses and issue tickets. They are to attend to both walk-in and online customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Book passengers travelling to various destinations in our route
• Provide tickets to customers
• Announce boarding schedules
• Answer customers inquiries at the booking office
• Provide any other relevant assistance to the customer regarding their trip

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• OND/NCE in Administration, transport management or related discipline.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
• Smart, energetic and honest person.
• Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work extended hours and weekends
