Job Description: 

• We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our partner, one of the leading Sport Betting Companies in Nigeria.
• As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal of achieving your sales quota.

Key Responsibilities;

• Reach out to existing and potential agents to present our product and service offering.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings and promote them to both prospective and existing agents.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with agents to understand their requirements and needs and onboard new agents to make sales.
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.

Key Requirements:

• OND/NCE/HND in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
• Previous work experience or interest in sport betting company desirable
• Proven record of meeting sales quota
• Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Male Preferably For Gender Balance
