Technical Support Executive needed at Dartwood Global Solutions Ltd

Job Overview 

As the Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support so you’ll be installing and maintaining the IT infrastructure comprising the computer systems as well as the networks within the organisation and clients.

Responsibilities and duties

• Monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and networks
• Timely response to service issues and requests
• Installation of network infrastructure 
• Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request)
• Utilizes the Knowledge base and other support documentation to identify, isolate, diagnose and resolve end users technical problems and provide information and status as requested.
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and applying best practices to all process areas
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Technical Team Lead

Requirements:

• Woking knowledge of relevant softwares & operating systems, Access control, network installation and CCTV installation. 
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management, prioritization and leadership skills
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• B.Sc or HND with at least 2 years cognate experience as a Technical Support Officer.
