JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
• Demonstrate self-motivational driven in learning new technologies as they apply
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Accept full responsibility for all safety procedures
• Have excellent communication skill and confidently and efficiently communicate with all level of staff
• Identifying hardware and software solution
•  Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Provide accurate and timely customer feed back
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
• Accessing, installing and fixture using hand, tools and power tools
• Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and team members

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum of a HND certificate
• Previous experience as a skilled technical personnel
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Team players
• Great leadership skills
