Role Quali?cation

  • Relevant ?rst degree in any discipline, MSc/MBA/ACII/ACIIN and basic knowledge of actuarial services will be an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-6 years sales/operations experience in a Financial Services company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Processes the documentations of all transaction and ensures the registration of all businesses on AIMS and other underwriting platforms.
  • Generating reports on performance, sales, market dynamics and trends for products within the portfolio to ensure pro?tability.
  • Raises debit note and endorsements for all transactions and follows up on payments on clients’ accounts.
  • Ensure regular interactions with the Claims team in other to ensure the continuous re?ning of our pricing, terms and conditions.
  • Supervises and drives the relationship management activities within the Team including the maintenance of the required level of relationship with Brokers.
