Team Lead Treasury Marketer needed at Alister Greene Consulting

Our client, one of the leading companies in the financial services industry is hiring a professional Treasury Marketer to join the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
• MBA/CFA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and treasury.
• Supervisory experience
• Strong treasury background.
• Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and tax.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
• Knowledge of appropriate accounting software packages

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create organic growth in commercial deposits and fee income using solution selling techniques to reach annual sales goals.
• Proactive servicing and maintaining of client portfolio
• Relationship Review and Working Capital Analysis of client relationships along with other internal stakeholders.
• Retain valued and profitable client relationships
• Portfolio Profitability Management: Deposit Spread Income, Fee Income, Product Penetration
• Manages activities that impact the organization from a TM perspective including sales reporting
• Solves complex issues
• Works with limited supervision
• Makes day-to-day decisions regarding team management, recommends solutions etc.
• Collaborates with senior managers / leaders across the organization
• Uses specialized TM expertise to advise and counsel others
• Supervises a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers
