Team Lead, Internal Control needed at Tangerine Life

• The Team Lead, Internal supports the business in providing oversight on the Enterprise-wide Control environment.
• The role will be responsible for supporting the organization’s achievement of its corporate objectives by evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Tangerine Control environrnent.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related, or numerate discipline.
• Mirimum of 5 „ 7 years post-graduate experience in a related area (Risk, Audit S Internal Control) within the financial services sector.
• Basic knowledge of IT system control is required.
• Knowledge of Insurance business would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Insurance product offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
• Professiorxal certification in accounting and/or Risk management from a recognised professional body (e.g. CFA CGMA, ACCA, ICAN etc.)
