• Sourcing and placement of candidates through high-level speed to fill roles and develop shelf-ready pool.
• Utilizing multiple and appropriate channels to source for roles and identify qualified candidates.
• Achieving volume targets of quality candidates.
• Screening candidate applications and recommending a shortlist of best-fit candidates.
• Manage and analyze the assessment dashboard and extract key insights for action.
• Present scorecards and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Country Head People and Culture.
