Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
  • Relevant experience within the Education sector.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service role.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing students preferably in the higher education industry/at a business school.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and writing skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to negotiate and compromise whilst taking into account the views of others.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
