Responsibilities

  • Prepare request/outlet need and send same to the inventory officer for prompt supply.
  • Receiving and storage of stocks in line with the company’s guidelines.
  • Run stocks of the outlet vs warehouse daily to know what is available in the main warehouse i.e. to determine what is needed and can be supplied to the outlet.
  • Run the outlet needs with other outlets’ stock balances to shed stock and avoid overstocking 2 twice weekly.
  • Carry out daily reconciliation of stocks both physically and on the system.
  • Carry out periodic age analysis of stocks and report to the management on the state of stocks, especially those near expiry date.
  • Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
  • Ensure proper arrangement of the store to prevent damages, theft
  • Ensure adequate keeping of inventory records etc.
  • Prevent any unauthorized person from entering the store.
  • Issued out stock based on first in and first out or as may be directed by the management.
  • Maintain total compliance with food and beverage safety/health guidelines in the store.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. in Purchasing and Supply or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
  • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
  • Attention to detail and good record management.
  • Good organization and problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
