Job Responsibilities
- Management of Spares parts Stores/Inventory
- Receiving & issuing record keeping as well properly strong items to its designated locations
- Keeping detailed records of stores items
- Updating inventory management systems regularly
- Receiving deliveries and checking the goods received in good condition & as per ordered quantity
- Issuing parts as per approved procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness of Stores
- Participating in Stores audit
- Physical Stock count exercise & recording for future
- Raising enquiry for new orders in-case minimum quantity level is reached of any part/spares
- Responsible for proper upkeeping of Spares without damage & loss
- Collecting old/damaged part before issuing new ones & maintaining record of same
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND in relevant discipline
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Stores/Inventory department for trucks spares and parts
- Must have knowledge of trucks/trailers spares, parts, and consumables
