JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing of detailed workshop drawing.
• Preparing a proposed BOQ backup drawing
• To prepared Bill of Quantity
• Pricing of prepared Bill of Quantity
• Forecasting and preparing of the program of work for projects
• Preparation of statement for fabrication and erection works
• Representing the company in site meeting
• Coordinating the project from fabrication to handing over.
• Preparing the interim valuation for the company and sub-contractors
• Preparing final valuation for the project.
• Preparing material list for a project.
• Communicating with client and structural engineer for clarification on project.
• Taking records of physical observation/measurement of new project and give report and implement the reading.

REQUIREMENT/SKILLS

• BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
• Experience: 4 6 years as Steel fabrication detailer/ shop drawing draftsman in Engineering Fabrication and Construction Industry.
• Proven work experience as a Drafter or related role
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (AUTO CAD 2D & 3D) software
• Good math skills
