Vacancies exist in Ondo, Jos, Ibadan and Lagos for the position of a Station Operations Supervisor. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
  • Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
  • Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
  • Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
  • Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
  • Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
  • Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers’ vehicles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably in the oil and gas firm as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager
  • B2B experience is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, problem solving and internal control.
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft tools.
  • Must be mobile
