Job Responsibilities
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
- Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts and Communicate spatial design ideas via 3D tools
- Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
- Deliver very polished 3D spatial design work with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
- 1 to 3 years experience working in the field of design.
- Experience working in an architectural firm is an added advantage.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software and can visualize a highly abstract spatial design idea in 3D.
- Experienced using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
