- Develop comprehensive social media tactics in line with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and make content to come across with them.
- Stay on track of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Create attracting and delighting content for social media platforms
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
- Utilize tools and resources to enhance content quality, such as graphic design software, video editing tools, and photography.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to enquiries or concerns.
- Nurture meaningful interactions with followers to build a pipeline of loyalty and community engagement.
- Implement tactics to promote user-generated content and participation in campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation, website traffic, sales.
- Optimize ad targeting, creative elements, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports for effectiveness evaluation.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyse data to gain insights into audience behaviour and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing, video editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
