  • Develop comprehensive social media tactics in line with overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments and make content to come across with them.
  • Stay on track of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Create attracting and delighting content for social media platforms
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
  • Utilize tools and resources to enhance content quality, such as graphic design software, video editing tools, and photography.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to enquiries or concerns.
  • Nurture meaningful interactions with followers to build a pipeline of loyalty and community engagement.
  • Implement tactics to promote user-generated content and participation in campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation, website traffic, sales.
  • Optimize ad targeting, creative elements, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports for effectiveness evaluation.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse data to gain insights into audience behaviour and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, video editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
