Job Description

  • We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and creating engaging content across various platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Create original, compelling, and high-quality content such as posts, videos, graphics, and stories that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, best practices and implement them into the strategy as appropriate.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media KPIs, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess Master’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
