  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation and Design: Develop, curate, and manage published content across social channels, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand, mission, and objectives. Also responsible for the design of the materials.
  • Campaign Management: Design and oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet set objectives and deliver ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, adjusting as necessary.
  • Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and encourage positive interactions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the social media advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as content, design, and sales, to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers or bloggers to expand brand reach.
  • Platform Management: Ensure brand consistency by maintaining the company’s presence across all digital platforms, updating as necessary.
  • Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow follower numbers across key platforms, targeting the right audience segments.
  • Tool Management: Utilize and manage various digital tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling tools, analytics tools, and content creation software.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Essential to have at least 2 or more years of relevant work experience and/or practical experience in the field of Communications, Advertising, Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in innovative ways.
  • An interest in marketing, communications, social media, PR, and or reputation management.
  • Content creation and curation
  • Familiarity with key social media tools.
