Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information about company’s products to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, providing them with appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
  • Communicating with customers through various social media platforms, attending to their queries, concerns, and comments.
  • Reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
  • Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Customer Service, Social Media Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a social customer service rep or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of variety of social media platforms is MUST.
  • Solid customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
