Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about company’s products to increase customer satisfaction.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, providing them with appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
- Communicating with customers through various social media platforms, attending to their queries, concerns, and comments.
- Reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
- Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Customer Service, Social Media Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a social customer service rep or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of variety of social media platforms is MUST.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
