Mactay Consulting is currently recruiting to fill the below job role for one of her clients in the Financial industry.

Client: Commercial Bank

Salary: N85,000 

Benefits: Pension, Leave & 13th Month Allowances, HMO and Dressing Allowance (N15,000 quarterly)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers.
• Assisting customers with their banking needs.
• Providing advice and suggestions.
• Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.
• Cross-selling financial services and products.
• Resolving customer complaints.
• Escalating issues to the bank manager, when necessary.
• Performing basic office and clerical duties.
• Reporting to the banking manager.

Requirements:

• B.Sc (Minimum of Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) qualification in any field.
• At least 1 year work experience.
• 27 years and below.
