Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Service Management Engineer at Trusoft Limited.
• The Service Management Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair of software solutions.
• The role involves working closely with clients, communicating effectively, and providing timely and efficient technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Experience in field service and customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
