Responsibilities

  • You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales abil of the team.
  • Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liaise with companies for business deals.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service,and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
  • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop
  • marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
  • Sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
  • Identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience of solar sales experience.
