Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Relationship Officer at Addosser Microfinance Bank in Lagos.
• The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, providing financial advice and information, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The role also involves promoting banking products and services, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
