ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
- We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manger that will work in close cooperation with Sales Department.
- You will be in charge of Volumes, Profits and Market Share related to your Customer (Italian Market Leader).
- You will have the opportunity to manage and develop a Team of 3 People.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- According to the assigned budget and commercial guidelines will be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of the annual agreement
- Understanding the customer P&L dynamics and deliver proper solutions in synergy with Customer Marketing, Finance and Logistic
- Define and deliver proper solutions in order to optimize profit and losses of the customer.
- Manage and Develop your Team in order to boost their performance and strengthen their capabilities.
- Team Work approach in order to guarantee Channel’s BP achievement.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- I am proactive, with great passion and energy
- At least 3 years of Commercial experience
- At least 2 years as National Account Manager preferably in At Home channel
- At least 1 People Management experience
- Good English Knowledge
- Good Knowledge in Customer and Consumer Marketing area
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Problem solving, strategic thinking. decision making. leadership and organizational skills
- University Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Business
- Willingness to transfer
