  • Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
  • Initiate prompt payment of employee allowances/benefits, final entitlements, and firm’s statutory obligations productivity, NSITF payment, Group life and ITF
  • Handle all pension and HMO issues.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Manage the payroll cycle, including processing payroll, calculating taxes and deductions, and ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in computation of Pay, Welfare and Benefits.
  • Formulate cordial relationship across all sections to deliver value added services to the management and employees that reflects business objectives.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Preparation of Monthly Staff Turnover Report
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employee.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 year working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to details and ability to work independently
