About the job
- As Senior Consultant – Cloud Solutions Specialist_Azure Infrastructure, you have the technical expertise to work with MTNs most important managed customers.
- You will lead, technical, and services resources to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud computing to achieve/exceed Azure Infrastructure consumption targets for related workloads for business accounts.
- You possess both a high emotional intelligence with executive presence, the ability to engage with senior decision-makers to uncover digital transformation initiatives, and a passion for learning how Azure cloud services can deliver digital transformation.
- You will develop and maintain an Azure Infrastructure expertise, able to identify projects, build a compelling business case, and drive the consumption project to production.
- You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the C-suite level with technology decision-makers.
- You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.

Education
- Fluent in the language of the country with a basic command of English.
- Minimum of 5-year tertiary qualification/ degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ MIS/ Maths or a related field or equivalent experience
- MBA/ Masters advantageous
- Microsoft certifications are desirable: AZ 305
Experience:
- Amazing Salesperson: Exhibits outstanding operational excellence – including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building a healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management, and virtual team orchestration.
- 7 + years of experience in enterprise sales.
- Hunter: Experience driving new sales and customers using innovative approaches, leveraging joint partnership events, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Technical breadth: Enterprise customer-level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity, and security technologies, and industry standards recommended.
- Overachiever: Exceeds sales goals in an assigned sales territory.
- Leader: Demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive communications, engagement, and influence
- Proficient: Experience with complex sales training and sales methodologies
- Challenger mindset: Competes to win new market share.
- Influential: Significant experience delivering persuasive presentations to business decision-makers
