Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Ambassador to join our Real Estate team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company at the highest level, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with agents and other teams to drive sales growth and revenue generation
• Provide market insights and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans
• Mentor and train junior ambassadors and agents
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving sales growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong market knowledge and industry expertise
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 Monthly and benefits package
• Incentives
• Land: 5% sales commission
• Building: 2.5% sales commission
• One all expense paid trip outside Nigeria.
