Job Details

  • Draft, review and negotiate broad range commercial agreements related to the energy, finance & shipping
  • Advise business stakeholders on project bids, risk, due diligence and other related matters
  • Advise stakeholders on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance to client’s policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist to draft policies, guidelines, legal templates and other documents to ensure best practices
  • Attend to all aspects and issues related to project development and financing,
  • Structure, draft, review and effectively negotiate membership interest purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
  • Perform diligence and provide diligence guidance to development teams and external counsel regarding project acquisition and greenfield development.
  • Provide general legal counsel and strategic guidance to other Associates in the department.
