Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with Laser cutting products is a plus.
