Description 

  • Aggressively promote and sell company products and services to both existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within stipulated times and schedule
  • Call bulk customers to place their orders/requests
  • Runs on daily targets. Sales representatives must meet daily sales target
  • Prepares and submits daily sales report to the accountant and line manager
  • Follow-up with customers and visitations to dormant Customer’s locations
  • Escalate customer’s complaints and issues to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Gather information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Having a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, demonstrate and communicate the benefits and value propositions to both existing and prospective customers
