Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fashion industry and drive revenue growth for the company.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets, analyzing key metrics and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences, using insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, progress towards goals, and other relevant information to senior management.
  • Manage the sales department budget effectively, allocating resources for sales activities, training programs, incentives, and other expenses in line with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales activities, promoting ethical behavior and integrity within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in all aspects of sales management.
  • Social media savvy
  • A female will be more prefered for gender balance.
