Job Summary

  • As a Sales Partner at Lush Hair, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers and retailers across your assigned territory.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies, meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key distributors and Salons in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling, order taking, and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery and stocking of Lush Hair products at customer locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Gather market intelligence and report back to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and technology.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of local market dynamics and consumer trends.
