Job Description
- As an InEvent Sales Operations Specialist you will be instrumental in qualifying leads, creating sales deals on the CRM, utilizing data analytics and metrics in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and validate client data on a needs basis using a criteria map;
- Communicate and interact with our sales team on a daily basis to ensure the quality of work;
- Compile and analyze data of company sales and profitability;
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
- Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve performance;
- Find ways to constantly evolve in sales with the support of your Manager, Innovating and improving in order to reach and exceed individual and team quota.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical tools;
- Knowledge of CRMs tools would be considered a plus:
- Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria, and resource planning;
- Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales ;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
