Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Operations Specialist role at Afrimash Company Limited. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations, including customer service, sales support, and analyzing sales data. This is a hybrid role, with the location based in Ibadan, Nigeria, but with flexibility for some remote work.
- Manage our CRM system to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and pipeline management, providing ongoing support and training to users.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing actionable insights to sales leadership for informed decision-making.
- Administering and managing key sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach
- Maintaining high levels of process efficiency and data quality
- Troubleshoot and refine sales flows, rules, and processes
- Maintain sales content repository and internal documentation
Qualifications
- 2 years proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Excel
