Role Description

• As a Sales Officer – Fixed Line (Fiber Internet) at Spectranet Limited, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fixed line Internet services.
• This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Good knowledge of fixed-line (fiber internet) services and the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets, work independently and without supervision.
• Lead Generation skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry in Nigeria.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in either business administration, Marketing, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
• 1-2 years of Direct Sales experience from any Telecom/ISP business.
• A well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage.
