Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proximity to Ajah is a key requirement
