The Role

Job Description

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the business units; projecting expected sales volume and profit
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Develop new customers, prospect new opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications, and technologies for product sales
  • Develop and manage margins, costs, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field but an added advantage in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience corporate B2B direct selling and sales management/relationship.
  • A minimum of 6 years of corporate B2B direct selling and sales management/relationship, experience in related industries in Cement, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Oil &Gas, FMCG, Aluminum and Steel, Power etc.
  • Experience in sales of machines and parts (Generators, Compressors, Pumps, and other heavy machinery).
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
