Nenu, a social enterprise dedicated to facilitating access to clean cooking solutions for households, is actively seeking a proficient Sales Manager to join its dynamic team.

As a Sales manager, your primary responsibilities will encompass articulating and implementing Nenu’s strategy for selling cook stoves

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Nenu’s Direct Sales strategies.
  • Built, train, and manage a team of Sales Leads, and a network of over 100 Direct Sales Agents.
  • Ensure the collection of verifiable end-user details (for purpose of carbon registration)
  • Crate and track KPIs for all Sales Leads and Sales Agents in line with Nenu’s goals.
  • Suggest appropriate compensation and incentive programs for the Direct Sales team.
  • Produce management reports on the performance of the Direct Sales Team highlighting sales and carbon registration matrics
  • Provide management with regular sales forecast
  • Plan and implement other sales and marketing activities

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years on-the-ground experience implementing Direct Sales strategies for FMCG
  • 3 years practical experience in marketplace product activations/demonstrations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful sale teams.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent report development skills.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis
  • B.Sc (M.Sc / MBA) in a relevant field.
