Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the footwear industry is a plus.
