- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cabinet-making and woodworking industry.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and training to effectively promote our offerings.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with production, design, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate customer feedback and market trends to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet targets.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry certifications or training are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management in the real estate market, preferably in the cabinet-making or woodworking industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions based on sales data.
- In-depth knowledge of cabinet making, woodworking, or related industries.
