Key Responsibilities
- To source clients and develop sales, through different media.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate sales by building long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify appropriate prospects, make high volume sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
- Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date and can help you develop sales in the future.
- Ability to make calculations of finance terms and monthly payments.
- Present, negotiate terms, and overcome objections.
- Ability to close deals before sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance
Key Requirements:
- HND/BSC is required
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales from the digital lending sector is required with a proven track record of success
- Experience in direct selling to businesses (B2B) is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Personal integrity
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and working on a CRM is mandatory
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills (Time Management is critical)
