Key Responsibilities

  • To source clients and develop sales, through different media.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate sales by building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, make high volume sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
  • Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date and can help you develop sales in the future.
  • Ability to make calculations of finance terms and monthly payments.
  • Present, negotiate terms, and overcome objections.
  • Ability to close deals before sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance

Key Requirements:

  • HND/BSC is required
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales from the digital lending sector is required with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in direct selling to businesses (B2B) is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Personal integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and working on a CRM is mandatory
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills (Time Management is critical)
