In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the logistics delivery services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, networking).
    • Conduct thorough research and understand the specific needs and challenges of targeted clients.
    • Build strong relationships with potential clients, effectively presenting the value proposition of Hub360’s services.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Conduct compelling sales presentations, highlighting Hub360’s unique selling points and addressing client concerns.
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and build positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Proactively address any client inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress towards individual and team goals.
    • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform future strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and delivery services landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ideally).
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
