In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the logistics delivery services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, networking).
- Conduct thorough research and understand the specific needs and challenges of targeted clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, effectively presenting the value proposition of Hub360’s services.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, highlighting Hub360’s unique selling points and addressing client concerns.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and build positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Proactively address any client inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress towards individual and team goals.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform future strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and delivery services landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ideally).
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
