The ideal role holder will be responsible for the development and increasing sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales management experience for clients
- Proactively drive sales planning, forecasting and sales and customer service management Develop and maintain relationships with buyers until sale is fully completed.
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
- Ensure strict adherence to company’s operational standard
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
- Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
- Participate in the company’s annual goal setting and budgeting process, by providing the requisite information, market intelligence, data and insight required for the process
- Liaising with Marketing team to organize PR events
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
- Must be conversant with challenges associated with Real Estate industry
- Ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner
- An inquiring mindset seeking innovative ways to deliver without compromising quality
