Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving high sales targets and will be responsible for driving student recruitment and enrollment for various educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective students through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote our services and educational programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and industry trends.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the education or student recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
