Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2 -3 years of experience in Plastic sales industry or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely.
