About the Role
- As a sales coordinator, you are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Success in this role will be demonstrated by proactively participating in the overall sales process to help the company drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads through emails, calls and discovery sessions
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Be actively involved in organising events and managing communities to generate leads for the company
- Support in business development to look for revenue streams and source for partnership with external organisations and people
- Manage the CRM for effective sales coordination
- Stay current with industry trends and identify improvements in line with the market
- Handles every other sales services that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent Written, verbal and digital communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
