Retention Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
  • Develop strategies to retain customers and minimize churn
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure continued engagement
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve any retention-related challenges

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Retention, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial market trends, and customer needs related to the company’s products/services
