Job Details

Executive Reporting and Revenue Budget Management:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive executive reporting system that provides critical insights into sales performance, marketing ROI, and other vital metrics.
  • Take charge of revenue budget management, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize growth and profitability.

Audit and Optimization:

  • Perform a comprehensive audit of sales and marketing processes, tools, and CRM systems to identify and rectify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Implement immediate improvements in process optimization and tool integration to streamline operations and enhance CRM data quality.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales funnel and develop strategies to address them.

Pipeline Management:

  • Overhaul the lead scoring system to better prioritize efforts on high-value prospects, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Introduce a structured sales pipeline management process, aimed at enhancing conversion rates and reducing the sales cycle duration.
  • Analyse sales data to generate forecasts and identify trends. 

Marketing Operations Enhancement:

  • Manage lead scoring and nurturing programs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaign effectiveness to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Implement/optimize marketing automation tools and processes for improved lead management.
  • Data Integrity and Management:
  • Establish stringent data entry standards across sales and marketing to ensure CRM system accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and facilitate a regular data cleanup and maintenance schedule to maintain the integrity of operational data.

Requirements

  •  Experience in SaaS revenue operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with sales leaders and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
  • Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid business sense.
  • Strong attitude towards learning and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An understanding of the HR technology market in Africa would be a plus.
  • Ready to work in the UK time zone.
