Retail Associate needed at eRecruiter

Nigeria’s pioneer one-stop natural hair company, we are expanding rapidly! We are looking for driven, ambitious self-starters to join our team as we continue on our mission to disrupt conformity and change the traditional narrative.

We are currently hiring LAGOS-BASED Retail Associates to work from our first permanent store location in Ikoyi, Lagos.

This role reports directly to the Retail Manager and responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day operations at the retail location
• Assisting with social media, celebrity outreach, and influencer strategy
• Assisting in executing KA sales + marketing strategy
• We are looking for someone with the following non-negotiable characteristics:
• A ñpeople personî someone who can get on with junior staff, senior management and customers alike
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Attention to detail

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Admin or any related courses
• This position is for you if you are an honest, hard-working, punctual team player obsessed with the beauty industry.
• Previous experience in retail is preferred.
• This is a full-time, in-person position
• 5 days/week based in Ikoyi
